When it comes to promoting relaxation and reducing stress, nothing beats yoga!
I mix my Yoga classes
with a little bit of pilates to achieve the
right balance of strength, core stability /
balance and flexibility.
Yoga is about 70%
strength and 30% balance and flexibility.
On attending my Yogalates class you will
feel that you have worked hard but also feel
totally chilled out at the same time!
